Pastirma is made using centuries old traditional air drying process to cure the beef. Cured for up to 12 weeks, pastirma has a unique blend of spices and herbs coating flank of beef giving it’s mouth watering flavour. Perfect for omelettes, sandwiches and Turkish bean stews for extra flavour.
