For GAZİ Goat Cheese with 50% fat i.d.m., we use 100% high-quality goat’s milk. The share of milk protein is somewhat less than with cheese made of cow’s milk, so someone with a milk-protein allergy can tolerate it better. It tastes aromatic and is also mild, so it can be used in the kitchen in many ways.
