For our GAZİ Sheep Cheese with 50% fat i.d.m., we use 100% pure sheep’s milk. Through this, it also receives its special and aromatic taste. It’s outstanding combined with typical Mediterranean fruit varieties, such as honeydew melons, peaches or grapes. Turkish cuisine, as in other Mediterranean countries, would be unthinkable without sheep cheese.
Also available in the 200g vacuum pack and the resealable 400g can.
