Ezine cheese is probably the favourite cheese of every Turk. Found on every respectable Turkish breakfast table, Tahsildaroğlu Ezine is a thick, strong, full fat cheese with a creamy melt, and a pungent aftertaste. Possibly the first thing we all long for when abroad along with proper Turkish sucuk from Kayseri.

• Made using 50% Goat’s milk, 45% Sheep and 5% Cow’s milk or 50% Sheep’s milk, 45% Goat and 5% Cow’s milk
