Sutdiyari Cheese is made using cow’s milk. Kashkaval cheese, also known as Kaşar cheese in Turkey, is a soft medium mature cheese with strong flavour, yet not as pungent as cheddar cheese. Kaşar cheese is served in a variety of ways in Turkish cooking. Used in traditional börek and paçanga made with filo pastry or best with Turkish sucuk in a soft Turkish bread as a toasted sandwich for breakfast. It’s actually light enough to just to snack on with crudites selection and accompanies red wine well.
Sütdiyarı cheese is Europe’s favourite Turkish cheese manufacturer based in Europe, exporting throughout the mainland and the British Isles.
